The Science of Getting Rich
Before "The Secret" and the law of attraction popular became popular, there was "The Science of Getting Rich" by Wallace D. Wattles. I'll share with you the summary of this great work in 4 parts.
This is part 1 of 4:
THERE IS A THINKING STUFF FROM WHICH ALL THINGS ARE MADE, and which, in its original state, permeates, penetrates, and fills the interspaces of the universe.
A thought in this substance produces the thing that is imaged by the thought.
A person can form things in his thought, and by impressing his thought upon formless substance can cause the thing he thinks about to be created.
It's meant to look a bit abstract at first glance. We can meditate on it as and when we're free. Then let the mind work it's wonders. :-)

HairCare Product Review
Step 1: Shampoo
To wash your hair, use our Aloe Jojoba Shampoo with its neutral pH, which will not damage your hair. Its high concentration of Aloe and Jojoba, will allow you to progressively eliminate dandruff and repair the micro-injuries caused to the scalp by the bristles of your hair-brush or your nails when you pass your hand through your hair, pollution in the air…
The moisturizing, soothing, healing and antiseptic properties of Aloe ensure that your scalp will be in perfect condition and it’s adaptability make this unique shampoo a product perfectly suitable for all kinds of hair, fine, delicate, dry, greasy. Day-after -day, your hair will be more beautiful, silky and full of life.
Step 2: Condition
Next use Aloe Jojoba Conditioning Rinse after every wash which you should allow to act for about two to three minutes before rinsing in warm water. This high-quality care helps you style your hair and reinforces the beneficial effects of the shampoo.
Step 3: Revitalize
For brittle hair, we recommend our Aloe First, which you can spray on wet or dry hair. It will allow the conditioner to continue working all day long and protect your hair from the harsh environment.
Step 4: Style
Aloe Styling Gel will be everything you are looking for, perfect hold and well kept hair. At the same time as it keeps your hair in place, it treats it all day thanks to its rich Aloe and protein content. Its exclusive alcohol-free formula does not dry the ends of the hair and therefore keeps your hair flexible and shiny.
Step 5: Hair Care from the Inside
Good nutrition is also a crucial part of having gorgeous, healthy hair! We suggest that you regularly take Forever Bee Pollen particularly, if you have alopecia problems. Also, drink Aloe Vera Gel, which is rich in vitamins and minerals, which will allow the new hair that is growing to be the healthiest it can be!
Directions:
1. Wet your hair with abundant warm water, the keratin scales open and swell.
2. Apply your usual amount of shampoo (typically a teaspoon to tablespoon) and gently massage our Aloe Jojoba Shampoo into your hair and scalp.
3. Rinse with plenty of warm water for at least three times the time spent on massaging. Rinsing is fundamental.
4. Apply a walnut-sized amount of our Aloe Conditioning Rinse to the ends of your hair first, and then through all of your hair, leave for 2-3 minutes, then rinse off thoroughly with cold water. For maximum shine in your hair, add the juice of a lemon to the water of the last rinse, as this neutralises the limescale in the water.
5. Wring out your hair gently and then untangle it with a long-toothed comb, starting with the ends at the back of the neck.
6. Spray Aloe First all over wet or dry hair.
7. Allow your hair to dry naturally or use as cool a hairdryer as often as possible if drying naturally is not an option.
8. Use Aloe Styling Gel to get the style that you want for your hair.
Internal Care:
Drink 90ml of Aloe Vera Gel twice a day.
Take 1 tablet of Forever Bee Pollen three times a day.

Revitalize Your Hair!
Due to its exceptional structure, hair is very strong: healthy hair can resist a weight of 50 to 100 g before breaking, it can stretch between 20% and 30% without losing strength and above all, it responds to the care that you give it every day!
The visible part of hair is made up of dead matter, which, for this very reason cannot regenerate itself. It is therefore essential to take regular, not just sporadic care. The damage caused to hair cannot be ‘repaired’. We must wait for it to grow and then cut it to make the results disappear.
The outer coating of the hair, called the cuticle, is made up of eight or nine layers of scales, overlapping each other like tiles on a roof. When hair is healthy, these keratin scales are tightly closed, sticking to one another, giving the hair a bright, silky appearance.
If your hair is subjected to overly ‘aggressive’ shampoos or an unsuitable chemical treatment, the scales break apart and the hair becomes irreparably lifeless and brittle.
The second layer is called the cortex and is composed of protein fibres called keratin chains: this gives the hair its elasticity, its tone and also its colour. The heart of the hair, or medullar channel, is linked to the follicle, or root of the hair. The substances necessary to keep the cuticle and cortex in good condition all pass through the follicle.
The life of a hair is between three to seven years, and that is why it is totally normal to lose some hairs every day. It is estimated that a healthy individual loses about a hundred hairs a day.

Split Ends
No real cure except cutting the hair and snipping off the split ends.

Knotted Hair
Knotting hair will cause pressure on the cuticle and cortex, leading the hair to break.
Avoid backcombing and use a conditioner after washing.

Damaged Hair Shaft
Never force a brush or comb through your hair.
For beautiful hair solution, stay tune for product review.

Receiving this email let me ponder how many people actually analyze a situation or a article when they received it.
I have a lot of comments from my customers like -
" I heard from my friends that Kids cannot eat Omega 3"
"I read from newspaper that Olive Oil is good for cooking"
" Aiya, all the honey is the same la..."
Should I say they are naive, innocent, or can't be bother to find out the truth?
Can we take the "truth" as the truth?
" I heard from my friends that Kids cannot eat Omega 3"
My response : Who is your friend? Is your friend a Nutritionist or a Doctor?
If you want to buy a shoe, you will go to a shoe shop.
Go to a right and reliable source to get the right answer.
"I read from newspaper that Olive Oil is good for cooking"
My response : Who wrote the article in the newspaper? Reporter.
Where did the reporter get it's information from? From the Cooking Chef.
Did the Chef represent any company? Yes, the Olive XXX company
Now you know it.
Do the Chef know about nutrition? We don't know.
Do the Chef know the chemistry reaction between heat and Olive Oil? We don't know.
Can we trust the newspaper article? You decide for yourself.
" Aiya, all the honey is the same la..."
Is all honey the same?
It may taste sweet for all honey but their benefit is not the same.
Using ONE and only ONE point to judge an element is not a strong point.
A few points to note: The Source of the Honey, How many type of Flower are there?, How do human collect honey from the bee?
God create everything in the world uniquely.
Everything will have a sight difference.
I will not write a long article on the Honey,
They are a lot of articles on the internet and library to find more about honey.
Or to save time, Come for our Bee Honey talk. :)

Aloe Vera: Nature's Silent Healer
Aloe Vera: Nature's Silent Healer (Paperback)
by Alasdair Barcroft (Author), Audun Myskja (Author), Tom Reynolds (Foreword)

Product Description
This is Alasdair Barcroft's third book on the subject of aloe vera and he believes the aloe vera topic will run and run as more and more people, both lay people and professional healthcare specialists and therapists alike.
He believes that 'we are still scratching the surface' in terms of aloe vera's vast potential. Aloe vera has been around for over 4,000 years - it has stood the test of time - and it still continues to confound and very often baffle the medical profession and scientific researchers with its complex, silent actions, potent properties and powerful healing benefits.
Aloe vera truly is nature's silent healer. Aloe vera has been known for its wide-ranging healing properties for over 4,000 years, but it is only in the last few decades that scientists have really begun both to realise and understand the enormous scope of this amazing plant's actions and benefits.
_________________________________________________
Medical practitioners, vets, dentists, therapists, nutritionists and many others involved in healthcare throughout the world are finally realising that the anecdotal evidence of the powers of this ancient plant that have been handed down through the millennia are as valid and relevant today as they were in places like ancient Egypt, where aloe vera was revered as the 'plant of immortality', or in the ancient Greece of Alexander the Great's time.
__________________________________________________
This book firmly establishes the facts about aloe vera, defining: its history through the millennia; its botanical pedigree; its track record over the years as a healing plant; its use in studies and scientific trials since 1935; the numerous case histories of people who have benefited from its use, both internally and externally; the many illnesses, ailments and conditions that aloe vera can help manage; its properties, uses and benefits from internal conditions, illnesses and diseases such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), arthritis, candida, colitis, ulcers and Crohn's disease, to external problems, ailments and disorders such as burns, sunburn, acne, eczema and psoriasis; the comments and reports by doctors, dentists, therapists, nutritionists, veterinary surgeons and others; involved in health; the future as more people consider a more balanced and holistic approach to healthcare.
This is a detailed and practical book, which gives the reader a unique insight into a healing plant that has stood the test of millennia and continues to surprise professional health specialists across the healing spectrum as they attempt to unlock more and more of its secrets.
Aloe vera's true potential as a healer will continue to expand across the globe as more people use it internally or externally, and more doctors and the wider medical fraternity become more receptive to a holistic approach to general health and well-being, and disease and illness prevention, rather than just treatment of the symptoms.

Celebrate Chinese New Year with Yu Sheng
Date: 7 Feb 2009 (Saturday)
Time: 10am - 1pm
Location: Forever Building
Fee: $10 per person

Have you ever wonder why we Chinese have to "LO HEI"???
Fish symbolises happiness and prosperity.
Fish plays an especially impoert role in Chinese festive celebration. Fish, in the Chinese language, Yu, sounds like the word for "wish and abundance".
Not only is fish rich in meaning to the Chinese, it also provides good nutritional benefits to one's body with its Omega 3 acids and protein.
During Chinese New year, a colourful salad of raw fish and crunchy vegetables called "YU SHENG" is served in most of the places.
My favourite part is the mixing and tossing of the ingredients. For GOOD LUCK for the coming year, it is symobolic for everyone to toss the YU SHENG while calling out "LO HEI" which means abundance and growth.
It is believed that the higher you toss the salad, the greater your luck and prosperity for the year.
Recipe for YU SHENG is light, flavourful and easy to prepare. Get Ready to "LO HEI"!!!
